does this work for multiple hashes?
also seems like if I searched #whatever something else we'd end up submitting { hash: 'whateversomethingelse' } which doesn't seem correct

also confused that we appear to be using the router's history.hash value to store the tag value but I don't see where we're unpacking it and passing it to the search query

yeaa i don't think we have any way to search multiple hash tags, but maybe good to follow up with
and i thought stripping all whitespace would be favorable than to end up w something like this because of the way it encodes spaces
but yea maybe it should just leave as is, ill make that change

Description
Searching by #hashtags was not performing a Tag Search, it's merely searching as if it wasn't a tag. The only way to Tag Search on web atm is to click on a tag. This is because onSubmit does not structure the history in the tag search form.
Fixes PROTO-1659
Mobile doesn't have this issue.
