Update the heading here: https://docs.aztec.network/concepts/advanced/data_structures/trees#blocks-tree

Also include more info about what is in the tree, more info here: #849 (comment)

- Update "blocks tree" to "archive tree"
- Add a diagram for how the trees are stored in a block
- Grammar edits and adding links
