Additional info: Functions SDK Versions: So this fix would mostly be targeting v2. If V2 projects are migrated, then it should automatically fix the issue for V1 at 1.0.24 since the 1.0.24 Assembly version is 1.0.x |

This should allow the 3 versions of the assemblies to load side by side
