Update Fluent implementation to reflect the Swagger spec changes and re-record tests. Implement support for virtual network agent settings and reporting. Replace withVirtualMachineCount() with withAgentsCount() and reordered the Fluent flow to take required parameter settings first. Add implementation for max pods count for the Kubernetes agents.
