The HealthInsights TypeSpec was added in #22990. In this PR, there were failures in the "Swagger ModelValidation" step, but it appears they were ignored:

Since this check was ignored, it will fail again on any subsequent PRs changing the swagger files. Please update the examples to pass "Swagger ModelValidation".
