You don't need to update 2019 versions, but the change looks good otherwise.

Looks like some of the checks are hanging, does it require manual intervention?

@mattmsft Closed & re-opened the PR to restart the checks. Hopefully that gets them unstuck. If not, you'll have to reach out to the team that merges these. It looks like @anuchandy is assigned to this PR and might be able to help.
