According to the discussion with @mrm9084 we planned to place spring integration modules for App Configuration under the path sdk/appconfiguration. So this is the issue to track the progress of the migration:

Starters: (to do)
Samples: (TBD)
The sample projects will probably be moved to the Azure Sample repo.
