[Key Vault] Align with the new features test coverage in other languages

As part of the October release, align as much as possible with the test coverage of new features done by other languages.

I'll add more information to the body of this issue as soon as I find it.

Depending on the availability of the 7.2-preview service resources, we might or might not be able to tackle this issue for this release. In the mean time, we'll wait.

I'll push this for next month since I'm seeing I won't have time to do this for this release.

Doing the investigative work will potentially take some hours. Making the tests work can take from one day to some more days depending on whether the resources provided on automation, or at least the resources I have, are properly configured. I would expect the reviews to take little time though. I think a fair estimate would be up to 3 days.

I think this can be closed, it's from October and we likely have progressed a ton with test coverage since
Edit to add: we now have live tests against MHSM, we have KV crypto tests, as well as the usual CRUD tests. There's not enough specific details in this issue to make it actionable so I am closing it.
