In this PR I've updated the API groups for storage, cosmosDB and redis cache to use the azure.microsoft.com API group over service.azure.

What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR fixes issues in #173 and #174.

Please rename group: service to group: azure in PROJECT file

Can you please change - group: service in PROJECT file to - group: azure
