To fix a statistical issue. The original fix was done in FRRouting/frr#17297. However to accommodate 8.5.4 the patch in the PR was added. [Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled] Using host libthread_db library "/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libthread_db.so.1".
