LorDG 1.0

LorDG 1.0 is a software tool to build 3D genome/chromosome models from chromosomal conformation capturing data (or chromosomal contact data). It is a distance-based approach. It uses Lorentzian function to measure the fit between a 3D model and chromosomal contact data. The method achieved the state of the art performance and is capable of building 3D models of large genomes.
