A collection of Bayesian tools for assessing the quality of NMR protein structures.
Run pip install -r requirements.txt to ensure the installation of the dependencies necessary to run the example notebooks.
Two example notebooks are included. One for the reference densisties plot and another for the LOO-PIT and K-hat plot examples.
