Description:
Upgrade glob to 11.x to fix the security issue in earlier version of inflight used by glob. Upgrading jest to make the tests pass. A side effect of this upgrade is dropping support for node <20 see https://github.com/isaacs/node-glob/blob/main/changelog.md#110
