Add parameter when requesting info from sample to decide if core or wetlab

The request should have 1 additional parameter to indicate if information must be collected for the core app or from wetlab app.
if no parameter is included then information from both modules should sent.

The scope of the issue has changed, from the original idea. At present the "sequencing" parameter is added to fetch_sample_information to look for running information for the requested sample
