Extend the FAQ section with Quick Reference Guides for

• Cloudflare
• Firebase
• Paypal
• Prismic
• Stripe

Thanks for this new FAQ section and also a clean up of the existing docs. I will createa a branch 1.0.0 where we will merge all these small but useful changes that we will want for 1.0.0 :)
