Save right before striping QDriverstation support

I couldn't implement the frc_2015 protocol. It is just to complex at this time, but I wanted to mark this moment in case of wanting to return at some future time.

This has basic parser support. A status light that runs in the back ground and reads of port 7000. It also contains first implementation of the drive. This release is really just a book mark in the journey.
