This MR introduces an embedded database boltdb to Lominus. This removes the need to encode/decode information to disk manually and helps to ensure reliability and developmental ease.
This MR also removes grade features and most of Luminus related blocks of code since Luminus will be phased out starting from AY22/23 Sem 2 and will not be in use.
