SemiBin tutorial from scratch

Install

conda create -n semibin_tutorial python=3.8
conda install -n semibin_tutorial -c conda-forge -c bioconda semibin

conda install -c bioconda bowtie2
conda install -c bioconda samtools
conda install -c bioconda megahit

Single-sample binning

Generating contigs and bam files

Assembly

megahit -1 sample1_R1.fastq.gz \
