У некоторых организаций начались сбои, параметр ADSK_Имя системы у них периодически уведен в ReadOnly.
Убираю его обработку в случае подобной блокировки.
Заодно возвращаю нормальную настройку параметров - текущая версия шаблона платформы уже устраивает, нет нужды его избегать.
