Split Peers & seed and services file in two: - JSON to update quickly Chain Registry - MD file with services; maybe called awesome.md or services.md
* Rename `peers_seeds_and_services.md` to `awesome.md` * Text info about services provided by validators * JSON was removed and moved to chain-registry.json
Fixed some typos and wording.
