GUI->Configurations panel ~ selection highlighting seems odd? [cosmetic]

Best exampled by vid. is evident/visible with default GUI colors, just more pronounced with gui themed.

If you click on and/or scroll through listed files, background color for text strings applied correctly.
The moment you click Load the text string background becomes paled/white.
If you then use cursor keys (up/down), the first press changes the background color without moving selection - the next press moves the selection highlight.
