Upgrading from old VRChatApiTools versions to the standalone package

New releases of VRChatApiTools are incompatible with previous versions (installed by pre release versions of AvatarImageReader and VRBuildHelper).

If you have a BocuD folder in your Assets root, open it, and delete the VRChatApiTools folder inside of here. If you also have an older version of VRBuildHelper installed, remove it as well. To use this latest release alongside VRBuildHelper, please install the latest version (v1.0.0rc3 or newer) from here.
