Add links to Welcome to Crio page #48

When I'm on /wp-admin/themes.php?page=crio (the Welcome to Crio page) the links in the Learning Resources section and the Get Crio Pro button are not linked. Please add the links:

The price in the Go Pro section is incorrect, but I need to find out what the correct price is.
