Relay #Announcements to /home/ under news #29

We could relay all of what we post in #announcements on discord to the front page of our site. This would be beneficial to help streamline our message.

by extension the website could be the source of these posts that we propagate to other services (discord, twitter, plugin)

I've implemented this just now on a test branch, it works quite well - and we would just have to relay it to twitter, and include perhaps one method of sending it over to the plugin.
