BrainHack Materials

Here, we are sharing the download links for different materials you are going to need to download, and software you would like to install in order to be able to go through different activities and talks we have organized for you:

Virtual Machine

First and foremost, to avoid wasting our time in installation of software and dealing with compatibility issues on many different operating systems, we have created a virtual machine (~10GB) based on Ubuntu 16.04, this has all required software installed except for MATLAB and FieldTrip.

Day 1

• All the materials that you are going to need for MEG sessions have been uploaded here, and
• those that you are going to need for python and git sessions are here and here.

Day 2

• The datasets for both preprocessing and physiological denoising are available here,
• the bash scripts, and the presentation that you are going to follow during preprocessing sessions are available here,
• the ipython notebooks and the presentation for physiological denoising sessions are available here, and
• finally, the dataset and the PyMVPA tutorial for MVPA sessions are available here and here.

Day 3

• All the materials that you are going to need for NIRS sessions have been uploaded here, and
• the dataset for DTI sessions is available here.

Venue

The event will take place at Basque Center on Cognition Brain and Language (BCBL), Donostia-San Sebastian, Spain.
