Rename variables to reflect AppTrackingTransparency compliance work and deprecation of pre-iOS 14 fingerprinting functionality.
Although fingerprinting has been deprecated on the server side for a while, the SDK variable names were not updated to match. This is misleading and is corrected by this PR.
