Creating tag to update dockerhub version:
- Updated to python3
- Updated NanoSim to latest version (still some minor inconsistencies with CIGARs, they have temporarily been disabled)
- Allowed the usage of own/arbitrary error profiles for ART (thanks to @KatSteinke )
- Added automatic database update for getting genomes from BIOM profile
Work for a 2.0 version using nextflow is in progress
