Closes #5 --

Adds functionality to write task configs to Azure Blob Storage.

  • Include functionality to login to Azure SDK
  • Writes task JSONs to rt-epinow2-config container
  • Timestamps task configs so CLI can pull latest versions down the line
  • Error handling
  • Minor refactor

The directory structure looks like:
