Summary
This PR adds in the missing values that the DIBBs enhanced algorithm needs to perform log-odds calculations (specifically the mapping of column indices to column names, and the actual log odds scores we spent so much time pre-computing). It's a necessary prerequisite step before modifying the API endpoint, since that uses a PHDI installation from main.
