2. Using Visual Studio I've some errors but I don't know what happens

Maybe you have to install Apache Cordova Tools, thanks to ved16 for remember it.

Also you can Clear Cordova cache Go to Tools --> Options --> Tools for Apache Cordova --> Cordova Tools --> Clear Cordova Cache.

3. Problems with default:scss (Promises, etc..)
