chore(deps-rs): bump the minor group with 2 updates (#1539)

Updates the requirements on
[jsonschema](https://github.com/Stranger6667/jsonschema-rs) and
[rstest](https://github.com/la10736/rstest) to permit the latest
version.
Updates `jsonschema` to 0.19.1
