This PR introduces first universal proving system: Marlin (from https://github.com/arkworks-rs/marlin).
Instead of being "easy peasy lemon squeezy", it was "disappointing disappointing lemon disappointing", due to the Rust pathological conservatism (rust-lang/rfcs#2758). Tfu.
