Remove deprecated items in Particle and Particle System for the 1.46 Release

Remove deprecated items in Particle and Particle System based on the following previous pull request #6429

Also do round 2 of deprecations where you switch to using the init() and update() functions instead of start and end variables etc - this is also noted in the aforementioned pr.
