Load simple.czml and click to follow the yellow Molniya satellite. Zoom out so the whole orbit and the Earth are visible together. Drag the timeline scrubber across the range of time. At certain places, particularly around the half-way mark between Apogee and Perigee, the camera orientation will "pop" discontinuously.

This was likely introduced with #818.
