  1. Run the "Export KML" Sandcastle example.
  2. Switch from "Satellites" to "Model".
  3. Click Download
  4. Nothing happens

This was likely broken by #8294 but it currently works on cesium.com, so presumably the file still exists on the web site even though it's not in the repo.
