Codebase for the analysis on spatiotemporal analysis of gene drives realistic geographical settings. Designed to work in tandem with MGDrivE to provide the backbone of the data analysis pipelines.
This is the second iteration of the MoNeT grown out the improvements on the pipelines and python package. It is a complementary group of workflows and pipelines to our main simulation MGDrivE with which we do most of the data analysis required for our presentations and publications.
Follow our youtube playlist for some demos and explanations on our work, and our MGDrivE website for an updated list of publications.
Analyses scripts are saved in a geographic structure, adhering as much as possible to 3-letter country codes.
