How to use?

After flashing my Arduino Uno with "wireless-rc-adapter-2.1.ino" it never appears in joy.CPL, and it's not detected as a USB adapter by Phoenix RC.
Are there more instructions somewhere? There's a lot of commented out code in the top of the file, but insufficient instructions on WHEN to uncomment.

Also does it work with Phoenix RC? Because it says so here on the git page, but reading between the lines, I don't see how it could.
