Unlike how it was in the past versions, severity of common cold seems to ramp up greatly. Player character is getting exhausted every couple of hours, waking up very tired after whole night of sleep, drinking whole gallon of water at once so its stomach is completely filled but said character is still apparently dehydrated - all immediately after developing first symptoms.
Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Get ill with common cold, observe disease's behavior and severity of symptoms
Expected behavior
Cold being believably severe and manageable - a danger to a weak character with no access to secure, comfortable lodging, drinking water and food to sustain them as their body fights off the disease, but otherwise merely a nuisance that is quickly fought off by any sturdy person willing to spend a couple of days in a comfortable, warm home stocked with supplies.
My suspiction as for the cause, somewhat confirmed by one other contributor, points in the direction of turn length changes. If that's the case, a check should be performed for all other diseases or 'ticking off' conditions (bleeding, radiation, poisoning etc).
Also, in case it does affect things, the character in question has 'disease resistant' trait.
