1. replace copy_stack_field_down! with broadcasts of reshaped arrays …

   modifying HBM to no longer use vars
   
   beautification
   
   make basic_grid_info return NamedTuple
   
   use views of `.data` instead of reshapes of slices
   
   account for ghost elements
