Redo Intergeo settings page

@selul there are few things that need to be done here 👍

Settings->intergeo

1. Re-arrage that page to be more easier to follow( ideally 2 columns for example
2. Add a button : "Create New Map" + one : "View exising maps" which will redirect user to : Media->Intergeo, users might arrive first on this page and can't figure out how to create maps
3. Add a subscription form similar to pirate_forms one, to sign up for an email course, use list_id=81
   4.Add a dashboard widget, similar to what : https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/ is adding (WPBeginner latest news), but name it : ThemeIsle latest guides ( without the big logo etc ).
4. Add the email subscription box in Media->intergeo as well.

As a note, I would create for the both subscription widget and dashboard widget, something that we can really easily add in other plugins ( since we will do that ).

@selul when 4. is done, we can add the box to ( if is possible to add a hide icon, which will hide the box using native wp settings will be great ) :

• PirateForms
• Llorix One Companion
• Advanced CSS Editor
• Adblock Notify Lite

When 3 is done, we can add it to :

• WPPR ( somehow as sidebar widget )
• Adblock notify
• Visualizer

thoughts here @selul ? With close to no sales to pro version, we can remove/include that in free if we have no other ideas for things that we can add.

looks good, just rename it more generic : Latest ThemeIsle Tutorials and instead of our full logo we can use just the parrot, otherwise would be too intrusive. instead of colored logo head we can also look fontawesome icon, the idea is that we want the widget to look naturally integrated inside the wp-admin, respecting wp design ( colors, fonts etc )
