This PR allows a
SourceSpecificMulticastinstance to be created (viaasSourceSpecificMulticastLenient) with a multicast address outside of the RFC defined ranges. This approach allows us to maintain binary compatibility whereas introducing a new subtype ofMulticastJoinwould not.
