A scraper for Wiley journals.

This scraper was originally created for Molecular Ecology,
but it seems to work well with other Wiley journals. Tested
with Ecology and Evolution as well as Evolutionary Applications.

One issue -- I wasn't sure how to handle Supplemental Materials. I adapted the scraper from the eLife example. It currently includes a relative link to the Supplemental Materials page, and downloads this page as HTML.
