This behaviour was originally changed in #1618, but tests were only added for
newCustomEvents(used forResponse.Events.Attributes), not fornewWasmModuleEvent(used forResponse.Attributes).This came up while fixing the behaviour in MultiTest: CosmWasm/cw-multi-test#178
