Issues Fixed
Cactus couldn't be milled into Green dye with Quark installed. There was no alternative recipe either.
Implemented Solution
Removed the recipe condition
There used to be some compat to automate Quark's Midori blocks (fc12dd3 -> compat/quark/crushing/cactus.json). However, since 1.18, Quark uses Moss paste for this instead of (thus now removed) Cactus paste, so this continued restriction on the cactus milling seems undesired.
