This PR runs
npx ember-cli-updateto update to the latest ember-cli version (3.28), as well as updating all dev dependencies to their latest version.It also updates dependencies:
ember-cli-htmlbarsfrom 5.x to 6.xinqurierfrom 7.x to 8.x@glimmer/syntaxfrom 0.62.x to 0.80.x(Hopefully) closes #99
