This PR upgrades NPM and Cargo dependencies. Most notably, this PR will upgrade the typst version from
0.8.0to0.11.0.I've refrained from merging this to main due to an issue in WebKit affecting Linux users running Nvidia graphics drivers. The issue doesn't seem to be fixed any time soon. Affected users can use the workaround(s) mentioned in the referenced issue.
