Jerky streaming #93

pseudotv is running on a Windows PC. Streaming is jerky on my TV using its Plex app and on other computers using a browser. However, streaming works quite well on my iPhone using iPhone's Plex app.

Why does it not work well on TVs and computers, but ok iPhone?
