Splits up the unit tests, dynamically from the content, so that the tests run per page, sub-topic, or maturity for sub-topic (depending on what is being tested).
Whilst the code previously would test every page, sub-topic, etc.., it did it all under one big test per requirement (e.g. one test for all unauthorised pages, one test for all sub-topics). As a result, if any one of these failed a test, it would not test the rest of the content.
