VICTRE project code (2018)

This software release package contains the source code used in the in silico imaging clinical trial from the VICTRE project. The code is 100% compatible with the original VICTRE input files used in our publication from 2018, but includes the new option to choose the material density and voxel id number from the input file instead of using a hard-coded look-up table.
