        我沒辦法和中國的領導人推心置腹談話。不過，隨著和習近平舉行首腦會談的次數增加，他不再掩藏自己的真實想法。有一次，他告訴我：「我要是出生在美國，應該不會加入美國的共產黨，而會加入民主黨或共和黨。」也就是說，對他來說，一個不能發揮政治影響力的政黨是沒有意義的。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;
        &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;
        表面上，中國共產黨的幹部是認同共產黨理念而加入黨的基層組織，隨後進入權力中樞出任要職。但是，從習近平的說法來看，他並沒有所謂的思想信念，加入共產黨只是出於掌握政治權力的目的。他是一個極端的現實主義者。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;

        首腦會談後的成果文件中，最重要的是讓「應將東中國海變為和平、合作、友誼之海」等措辭雙方態度達成一致。一旦日後中國持續強勢在海洋擴張，我們就可以加以指責，說「這不是違反協議了嗎？」&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;

        柔佛移民局主任穆罕默德魯斯迪（Mohd RusdiMohd Darus）表示，落網大陸乞丐年齡介於36歲到67歲，涉嫌利用行動不便等身障狀況，在夜市與城市周邊地區行乞，每月賺取高達馬幣1萬令吉收入。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;!--4--&gt;&lt;p&gt;
        他指出，移民局執法時，還有集團成員試圖搭乘巴士逃往北馬的霹靂州（Perak）怡保（Ipoh）。由於這些乞丐以集團形式活動，頻繁更換行乞地點，懷疑有組織背後操控。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;!--5--&gt;&lt;p&gt;

        對於大陸乞丐出沒大馬夜市，巴生市區流動小販公會主席葉金發（Yap Kim Huad）今天告訴中央社，這種現象已存在10多年。大陸乞丐多半在販售咖啡或餐飲的「咖啡店」（Kopitiam）內，向用餐的當地人行乞，或在人潮集聚的夜市博取同情心，他也經常在交通繁忙街頭看到乞討身影。&lt;/p&gt;&lt;!--7--&gt;&lt;p&gt;
